So far, so good. I had one cigarette in 10 hours. Usually I'm on the second pack. I couldn't help it. 85 construction zones on the PA pike will do it to you.

Just thinking about construction on the PA Pike makes me want a Cigi, problem is I don't smoke.
Trurning the truck around just across the PA line and heading back through WV. Serious, Figured I'd grab a Pitt or OH load out but it's paying better to go WV to MN -
Joseph1135 I've been smoke free for almost three months now. Good luck to you.
joseph1135 Thanks this. -

This is probably the toughest road you will ever travel, Joe. My son as tried three times without success. I wish you the best. Seriously.

So far, nobody died. Not yet.
DenaliDad Thanks this. -
Just make sure you ask about equipment. Some of the trucks are less than desirable and you have been spoiled with new trucks. Seems like all the company trucks are running the lower 48. I hardly see a company truck going North these days. Flowers and fish are around the corner and it should get busy here soon.

I just got back and I enjoy my nine days on and five days off. Gotta run the truck through the shop to get expansion valve replaced on the a/c. Looks like my half fenders have come in as well. Now I get to do my favorite thing paperwork

I'll have to say quitting smoking was hard. There are still times when I see someone smoking I want to football tackle them an take their cigarette away from them. But I feel so much better an breathe so much better now. My advice is to take it one day at a time.
