Dang, good luck! I was in ATL when a plane landed on top of a BMW on PTI and it was a six hour mess.

 

I am in jersey....good time not to be in atlanta

I am home as well. Was at the dealer yesterday and had the a/c fixed that was not working. My half fenders had come in and I installed them while they were fixing the a/c. Gave the truck a quick bath at home and ready for Monday. I can't believe I am ready for the next trip with 3 days to spare. I guess things are getting smoother after the initial start up belly aches. My APU you should show up next week too. I got a good deal on a used comfort pro. A friend of mine is bringing it back from South Dakota. The last thing in the expensive puzzle is my moose bumper that should be built by the end of the month.

Also if anybody is ever in a bind and needs a shop along I-5 try the Pacific Truck Shop at Exit 57 by Cee Gees truck stop. They are my Western Star dealer and are an awesome bunch of folks to work with.

 

Investigating those is what I used to do for the FAA. It was rarely fun, especially when I was stationed in the LA Basin. Lots of helicopters and airplanes.

 

So I am back to work for SEC again. Took a load to North Carolina then hauled a load up here to Bolingbrook IL, delivered it this morning. I have been waiting here for another load for 3 1/2 hrs.
Not sure whats up with this company so far. I am
just going to take a wait and see attitude for now.
I hope I don't sit here for too long. Anyway it's good to be back driving again.

Ya at first I thought I was getting a free vaction cruise. Now I have another broker load from Franklin Park down to Lebanon TN, to deliver on
Monday. This kinda freight sucks. This place I ampicking up looks to be a real pain in the neck to back into. Probably the same to deliver. 470 mi till monday ain't to good.
