If your recruiter is Shelly, believe her. And the company is still good, though like any company, it might or might not be a good fit for you. Only time will tell about that. Ask lots of specific questions and don't let them get by with general answers. The details matter.

Not really. Lessors hires a lot in Florida. As does Heyl, Prime, JCT, Werner and quite a few others.
