Hey one of you guys is still around. I thought you all left and the thread died. I am just in the middle of my reset in Fairbanks. They had about 6 to 7 inches of snow on Friday. I am glad I missed that mess and the roads were good when I came in yesterday afternoon.

It has been snowing in the Yukon since the last week of August, but nothing is sticking to the road so far. The gravel and dirt sections are going to hell and the equipment is taking a beating. I will have spent almost $600.00 on truck and trailer washes this month.

I will head home tomorrow and move to our new place and than off to Mexico for a 10 day vacation.

    tow614 and dca Thank this.

An Alaska truck and trailer is $150.00 minimum. By the time I have a washout and engine compartment washed it is right at $200.00. It is sad to look at that truck and see how much it has suffered already in the first six month.

Wow we haven't touched it this in a while! Just turned 50,000 on my brand new truck. Got in it June 21 and I put over 50,000 on it by October 18. Not too bad. Still getting those miles.
