So far probably the bet thing for me here is the almost total absence of micro-management that you get with ALL big companies and even some smaller ones. The three of us (Joseph, Tow and myself) have landed with 3 great companies (at least they fit for us!!!) All with decent lengths of haul and trucks that are not passed along the highway by stationary camels. It really makes one heck of a difference. No incessant beeping of the qualcomm no phone ringing 3 times a day, no having to report your hours every day. Here they actually KNOW your hours and can ACTUALLY work out (in a REAL sense) what is within reach and what is not. They could have kept me out an extra day and to be honest, I would not have whined about it as this previous load had to be there on Friday or would have to be on Sunday, they worked hard and got a swap worked out. I like things like this. THEY did the work so I did not have to think about it!! How many times before have WE had to suggest swapping or dropping at a yard??? Awesome!

I am a bit weary of what "Interesting" (in the proverbial Chinese sense) back haul they come up with for me.

The weak spot with where I am leased to is: Sat eve & Sunday reloads out of Cincy/Ky

The new reset rule kinda messes things up to run hard out, reset, run hard back.

    GabeScott and tow614 Thank this.
