Does Lessors hire out of Florida would be the next question?

According to their web page they do. They have a terminal in Dover which is not far from Lakeland which I believe is where XLS lives. Like everyone on here, I want him to do well. I want him to run hard and certain places you can do it. They exist. It doesn't make sense to be unhappy at a job and get worse equipment like some of us have had to deal with. If XLS isn't happy at Heyl, he should also check out where Tow works which is SEC. Both Lessors and Tows place of employment would be candidates.

I would recommend my company to him also, but we have very little freight out of FL I believe but the hiring is Central and Northern FL....we definitely DO have long long runs, just living down there I wouldn't plan on seeing home too often!!!

    Yes, Joe is hardcore.

No doubt Lessors seems to give more miles BUT Heyl has the idle, fuel economy, and performance bonus. Not to mention to $1,500 sign on bonus and more/better terminals. So it's a tough choice between the two.

I have found most bonuses to be relatively small. Can make more $ running consistently hard and safe rather than stress an economy bonus.

Others have found them to be less than reliable income. Don't count on them for paying bills.
Besides bonuses are like tips. You should not rely on them for bill

Exactly...I could care less about bonuses...just keep my miles up, if a co decides to give me a bonus, then that's great but I don't look for them.
