Well I think Murphy jumped to someone else. About 10 am they lifted the closure westbound and I jumped out as fast as I could. Almost to Or. now and my appt. was pushed to 1700 on wed. Nice and easy run now even Vic could do it.

Escaped PA last night (toll roads rub me wrong).

Headed for Cinci after the drop for some maint and a wash (truck and me).

 

Slow week for me this week, went home early due to wife's uncles funeral last week (he had alzheimer's got out of his house and was killed by a pick up truck)... left out Monday with a short (for Holland anyway!!), next load is VERY tasty though...picks up in Lyndhurst,VA and goes to Portland,OR for Monday early evening (too late in the day to make this weeks cut) so I will be starting the week out with 50 miles short of 3,000....setting up for at least 4,500 I would think.....maybe more....

 

Miles still good from my side:

Reno to salinas to Dayton to Cincinnati = 310 dh 2570 loaded
Cinci to Pottsville 10 dh 550 loaded
Pottsville to Eddystone to Washington CH 104 dh 500 loaded

For 424 dh 3620 loaded 4044 total and my 70 is @ under 6 hours so tomorrow is maintenance day after drop (they would not take it today)

Got stuck on I5 today between san diego and LA... had to turn around at camp pendleton due to closure from wreck and fire.... lots of time lost... heading down to cross over to 15 and back up...
