    Now on the third day of my 3,000 miler from Lyndhurst,VA to Portland,OR.....chilly here this morning!! Stopped in Hudson,WI going to be a tight one, but I will make it with a little to spare but I will be turning my 70!

    I now have a new favorite truck stop....

    The 40 travel center on I40 x 35 in Arkansas has the best BBQ I have had in ages. This place is awesome and I can't believe that I have never stopped here before.

    very clean and plenty of parking. Restaurant open 24 hrs...

    If you all get stuck in Riverside Ca area: some of the Farmer Boys restaurants have truck parking AND descent food for a rare price.

    6k for 2 weeks out when I finish and a reset as well...

    not bad for easing back after my surgery

    They must have a lot of freight deliveries in the Las Vegas area. I have one stop in Henderson tomorrow and two more in Vegas. Does anyone know a good place to park a truck overnight in the Henderson area ?
