You should try to catch one of the cubs and raise it in your truck. Bet nobody would mess with you. LOL

I used to know a lady, when I lived in BC, they had raised a cup after the mom was killed. It lived on their farm and was their watch dog. She said it was the funniest thing to see when the door to door sales guy was being chased to his car by the black bear. Those mama bears are nothing to mess with. A gal was just mauled up in Anchorage when she was jogging and she ran into a bear with two cubs on the JBER trail. I sure enjoy seeing them when driving down the road.

My kids and I were biking on the Tony Knowles Trail years ago. We rounded a slow curve down by the airport and there, on the right side of the bike path, was a baby moose. Now, those of you that know anything about animal babies know that where there's a baby, there's a mama. And a mama moose is even more dangerous than a mama bear. And much faster. We didn't see or hear anything, but the baby was making some noise, so I told the kids to get over near "that tree" -- and it was a good thing because just then, the huge mama moose came screaming out of the bush off to our left.

Fortunately, she headed for her baby which was in the opposite direction of our tree. But the bicycles weren't. We had a long walk back to the rental shop...with the iPhone photo my daughter had taken to prove why the bikes looked like they did.

By the way...you promised you wouldn't publicize the photo of how I park when I'm in Noo Yawk!

Well I just returned to work after 3 days off. They
gave me a load out to Lebec CA. that I can deliver
on Sunday. I pick up a backhaul there that goes
back to TN, Not a bad way to come back to work.
Thats about 4300 for a week. Its a light load on
top of that. No complaints from me.

    tow614 Thanks this.
