I figured you of all should appreciate the German soccer players singing, but here is the answer I gave TOW a couple of posts back. He was wondering the same thing.

I did not realize that it would record the music playing. I was listening to a CD my dad and his soccer friends recorded in Germany. They are now working on their third CD with old German folk songs. I remember as a kid when they would hang out after games and sing and play music together. That is something that has been lost with my generation. It is sad to see how many guys have passed away since they did their first recording.

I will try to remember to turn the radio in the truck off the next time. I have another bear video where the background music has been provided by Cummins.:biggrin_25525:

    Actually the music was cool...

I am half German and half Irish... what a combination.

Okay you guys here is the second movie. I actually figured out how to use the Window movie maker software on my laptop and edited the clip.

The music should be more familiar this time. :biggrin_25525:

I was parked on the side of the road one night up in the NW and when I woke up there was a deer standing next to my passenger door. I thought that was strange since it did not run when I started moving around. When I got into the drivers seat I found out why. A smaller version of your bear was across the highway looking for something to eat. I said sorry to the deer and got the hell out of there!

Seems as if Heartland has changed the GTI culture. And the miles. I knew it wouldn't be long until there were 200 mile runs and then sitting all day and 25 million excuses of why that is and why you can't go home, and there are "truck rescues" now to get equipment that drivers have just straight given up on. What a great decision to sell to Heartland. Scumbag company. As I've said before. Yeah well. Now they have come to the Northwest to spread their BS up there. The funny thing was they said they wanted to keep the drivers. For what? A few hundred miles a week then a bunch of excuses? Im glad to be out. Looks like you're getting rid of it all and injecting what you've done to the rest of your drivers. Good riddance.

Thanks to your thread, we've been looking at Lessor. We were also looking at the frac/oilfield but thanks to being starved out by GTI/Heartland we just haven't been able to save up the funds to make our way over there. Who knows, maybe in a year or two, if it's all still worth it.
Question: How many weeks do you stay out for before you head home?

    joseph1135 Thanks this.
