Got in a good 500 mile day today. Lots of firsts:

    First Weigh Station
    First Fuel Stop
First time on I-40 in a truck

Had a great time. I'm getting the hang of the the gears now. Just got to secured yard . Waiting to repower this load and trade for one that gets delivered tomorrow.

I'm hitting the sack now. You folks be safe!

We may mention a special load after the fact.... We certainly don't broadcast where we currently are and what we are planning to do with such loads on public forums...

Looks like someone needs to watch security videos again. Think.

Some of the places you load steel at might have you in line waiting to be loaded for a day. The point is that you never can anticipate when there will be a delay on a load, a receiver, traffic, weather - and it doesn't matter what kind of trailer you're pulling. Develop a sense of humor and some patience, or you're going to be bouncing off of the sleeper walls.

Hint: A 3 or 4 hour delay makes for a fine nap. Gotta keep up on your sleep or you'll be an ex-trucker taking a permanent dirt nap!

    garciamag and McBjork Thank this.
