Hi everyone I have a question, three years ago I went to National Tractor Trailer School. Got a job out of school stayed only 7 months then got out of trucking. Now I'm unemployed thinking about getting back into trucking.
Do you think someone will hire me with only 7 months experience?

If it's current, you got a shot. I saw an ad yesterday from a company that required 3 months of experience. I'll have to see if I can find the ad.

Question is, did you quit or were you fired?

Re-read your original post. It appears your experience was 3 years ago.
Looks like you'll have to at least take a refresher course and get on board as a new driver with a company.

Use the search function and you'll discover some companies that offer refreshers.

sorry to say, all your time must be current to get a job. you WILL NEED to go back to school. hopefully the school you went to can cut you a deal for a whole new course. i am not sure if a simple refresher course is going to satisfy many companies these days. best to inquire at the various trucking companies as to what THEY REQUIRE.....

    best of luck to you
