You are welcome. Just because this career is trucking doesn't mean you should treat it any differently than another career. Plus, the people you are trying to impress for the most part are not truckers. They are office people. I really have seen a rainbow of flavors when it comes to some of these drivers in orientation. I gotta tell you too, all lot of them don't make it past orientation.

its like this with any trade though. trucking gets it worse because a lot of people turn to trucking as their last ditch effort, they've given up on any job or trade they had, and have now thrown in and towel and are gonna be a trucker. what theydont understand is how much of a professional job this is and they are competing with guys who truly love driving trucks.

its like that with any trade whether its carpentry or whatever the case is. you always have those guys that just do it to pay the bills, they somehow got sucked into doing it a long time ago and never thought about the future. and they sit and scratch their head "gee why am i such a loser?". look at any trade and you will find people who are always thinking of new innovative ways to do their job better, and people who grind every day non stop because they dont care about what they're doing. i feel very lucky that i've found a career that i truly love doing.
