    Sorry to hear of your experience. But thank you for sharing. I have an extra set of door locks. Periodically I will swap them out. It only takes a few minutes and I get to check around the area. Since 1985, every vehicle I have owned had a hidden kill switch on it somewhere. I recommend it. Put it between the battery and starter. No power to the battery, theyll move on.

    I have never had mine on either truck and will not unless wrote up for it. I do not believe it is a law or it is not enforced at least.

    Sorry that happened to you. I have the VIN on the outside of my truck, but all the locks are not the original locks. But remember if someone really wants to steal your truck, they are going to.
