Hello truckers! I don't have any questions for ya's, but i want to say thank you for long, hard running hours on the road to get the things to the stores, or wherever you may need to take your loads. I don't believe you men and woman who drive a 18 wheeler don't get enough credit for what you truckers do out there and have to put up with. Not many people realize what it takes to be a trucker. But, i must say i do and want to send every trucker who reads this a big THANK YOU!May God bless all youse and watch over youse as you travel and do your job. Take care everyone! TIGGERNOTME
Just a Thanks to You!

I once stayed out for 2 years without coming back home. Since i had almost no expenses, my bank account had tons of money in it. The only thing that made life easy on the road for me was that the company the i worked for took extra care of its employees. We got payed by the hour and got $30 everyday cash to pay for our food, also we were not allowed to sleep in the truck. The hotels were high end coz we needed secure parking for the trucks. We mostly hauled really expensive paintings (picasso, Chaggall etc) and other tradeshow items.
To this day i have never found a company that pays their drivers by the hour to drive otr. I only left because i got married and had made enough money to start my own business. My time is now dedicated to my family. I still miss being on the road.hagarcobra Thanks this. -
