Hello everyone. Name is Jeremiah.ive been lurking in the shadows for a little bit and decided to finally join up. just finished my training at nettts in Rhode island, and heading to get my license on sunday. after getting my license i have a few local jobs lined up that im attempting to get and if not its otr for me. recieved a few pre-hires so far but id rather stay around here. i guess come monday ill have somewhat of a idea as long as i pass. hope all goes well but im pretty confident and know all my stuff really well (thanks to my dad being a driver for the last 30 years, and paying attention at nettts, lol). although there is plenty of room for learning which is another reason why iam here. i might seem a little ####y sometimes but thats just me and ill take any criticism i deserve or any suggestions and help also. seems like a great site though with lots of good info and topics.
Just another newbie

figured id update this since i never did. i went for my license and made a poor judgement on how much room i had when i did my alley dock. ended up going out the passenger side by very little but i still did which constitutes as failing. i told myself to use a pull up but for whatever reason i decided to back up just another foot and that was enough to be put me over the line. although i did pass everything else. i ended up getting another test this morning, aced my alley dock which i shouldve did at first and then aced the road test. just have to go to the registry and upgrade my license and get a new one and off to find some better employment.
