Just bought a Sirius Radio

    just bought a Sirius radio very nice hooked up like breeze. Only advise I have is when you go to get it set up do it over the internet web site not over the phone. I tried over the phone and couldnt under stand the guy and he had a real crappy atitude.

    Call back ,or ask for one that speaks English.Setting up over the phone is the best way so if you have any questions/problems,you have hopefully someone on the phone that gives instant answers.:smt025

    Called back and asked for a differnt person the guy had a attitude and hung up on me. So called back and couldnt understand the guy so i ask for his manager who got me set up and was alot of help understanding,who spoke english , now no offense to anybody that speaks a differnt language, but when you ask for english you expect to under stand the other person.

    I've done the same thing...If I can't understand them..I ask them to get me someone I can understand. If they have a problem with it...I don't care!
