Just bought a truck what do I need to move it legally?

I have been out of the business since August 2022. I had an MC and a company with insurance but its all closed up now. I have been waiting for my chance to snatch up one of these used trucks since the used truck market is saturated right now.
I plan to transport it to VA from FL. How can I get it insured for the journey? Do I need a medical exam even though in not for hire? I have the class A CDL and nothing else currently, what would be the most legal way to get it home?
