Congratulations! Really depends on what you want to do...dry van, flat bed, reefer? Something you definitely want to research very close. There are good and bad out there.

 

Out of those three id pick Gordon. I never heard a Gordon driver complain and most ive talked to say they like their job. mot to mention there colors are cool... lol

 

SC hasn't looked too far around this forum. Search on 'Gordon'.

 

Check trans-system website. Navajo has a terminal in Chino. Watkins & Shepard has a good reputation.

 

ANY 1 u named is a ok starter company figure out where u want 2 run and pick that company but Gordon is a good company but u have 2 start somewhere u will learn as u go

 

Between the three companies that you have chosen plus the two that Chinatown mentioned below; Please reference my Questions to ask the Recruiter post. Add/Subtract questions from this checklist as you wish. Call the 5 companies "ask" ask "ask". If you see any of their drivers in your hometime/area, question them; Also you can bring some of the questionable answers you get from the Recruiter/Safety personnel from the list to the truckersreport forum; lets us go over it with you. This would be better than just "oh just come on board and give us a try". Compare the answers you get from your checklist, something should stand out that attracts you to one company over the other.
