Just finished Trans Am's orientation

I was thinking you should call Schnieder and see what they say, if you dont get a truck. The lease thing is to keep you over a barrel in my opinion. They hold all the cards in it. I dont like to be beholding to anyone. Maybe Rhoel they have a decent reputation, Get a back plan in place. See if you get credited for your training time too.

 

he could switch too roehl ,that a very good company,and he would prob . go out with a coach week or two,mostly because of the auto trans,,when i left trans am i went to roehl ,but dont mess up or you will be fired, but its a great company ,i like the company im with now ,because it a smaller company with only about 350 trucks ,,but every co. as it things

 

Since this thread is nearly a year old I sure do hope he got a truck by now
