Just got an Offer from Coca Cola Bottling Co BUT ....

25 over in my area license pulled for 30 day and vehicle impounded for 14 days…Ontario got real strict

 

Another update: got a call from Coca Cola they want to give me an offer (I accepted) so now here comes the part where I feared about the background check everything else I’m confident enough other than the two tickets from almost three years ago I had mentioned but we’ll see how that goes!

 

Another update: yesterday I received email to fill out personal info for the background screening and today the background screening company came back to me notifying me through email that the screening company has sent my background to the Coca Cola company and while I was looking at my report I noticed that on my mvr section it says “score-eligible” as well as all the tickets I’ve had, now the company hasn’t reached out to me..yet.. but I’m going to assume that although the screening mvr report says eligible , it’s the company that will decide if I’m eligible for hire so I will update more on that when the time comes for the final answer.. keeping my fingers crossed but trying not to get my hopes too high atleast

 

Final update : just a moment ago I have received a call from Coca-Cola recruiting manager and turns out I got an orientation for next Tuesday. Meaning I got the job! I will explain that on my background screening you do receive a copy of it of what they’re gonna look at, and it shows you sections of your history, such as criminal history, motor vehicle report, Social Security, and all that and next to it, it will say whether it is eligible ineligible , decisional, or pass and it will also show you a summary of your overall score, whether if it will be eligible or not .this particular screening was from First
Advantage screening company Coca Cola swb pays them to do candidates screening and check them to see if they can pass the MINIMUM qualifications . I wanted to put this out here because I’m not sure if every company does this but just a bit insight
