Hey all,
I just finished up orientation with SNI # the Fontana OC. Pretty cool experience. They put us up in a decent hotel (best western) with a decent breakfast, plenty of places to walk to for dinner and lunch was at the cafeteria at the OC, which I have to say was pretty good. If you wanted to eat light you could, if you wanted to be a fat #######, more power to you. Out of the 11 or 12 or so people I think all but two made it through to their TE. Everyone passed their physical. It was pretty fast paced I have to say, there was never a time we coasted really. Breakfast was good the first day, honestly don't remember it much otherwise until Friday. Friday breakfast was great and all of our minds started to finally catch up with the process. I am overall impressed by SNI. The only downside to all this was I got sick on the way home to the Portland area, from Fontana so I missed my run with my TE. And yes I let him know first and they are finding someone else for me to go with. Too bad though, I hear that the guy I was going to have has 10 years in and is one of the best. But if you are sick you are sick. Anyhow, just waiting around Portlandia hoping to get out and finish the training process and get on with the SQT and everything.
