    Ride with a trainer. You must have been hired by the OTR Con-Way not the LTL Con-Way. Get some experience and go LTL Trucking. These OTR companies don't pay any money. Con-Way drivers are making well over .50/mi after only a few years and get home weekly if not daily in some cases. You run a day cab and your hotel rooms are paid for. All you do is pull doubles/triples terminal to terminal.

    Congratulations on the job. I drove for Conway truckload for a while. Great equipment good runs..at least when I was there and they treated me fairly. Good luck and learn all you can.
