I have 10 points on my license over the past 3 years, will a company be able to hire me? If so, who? 6 of the 10 points are from driving w/o consent. 2 of them are from the same incident, failure to control and 2 are from failure to yield. Can a company hire me? If so who?
Just got my CDL and wanting to start driving, my question?

Hopefully those were not at fault violations. Yet you could take a driving class and get 3 points wiped off immediately on completion.
Companies are not too worried about what you do with a personal vehicle.mherron90 Thanks this. -

I had at least one of those. But not points or arrest. But DAC, cost me 3 years. But there is a silver lining in that, those three years in the farm or paving was some of the best years of my life.
Im surprised you were not suspended and even revoked. Maryland Suspends at 8 I had 7 (One took off by a judge) and revokes at 12.
Im pretty sure someone will hire you. But they would have to be seriously shady and need a body in that rig which may not offer the best. Among other problems. -
The next step would have been suspension and for that with a Cdl of that time would have been bad.
I consider the unauthroized use of a vehicle incident from a employer one of the more dangerous problems than the actual law enforcement tickets etc. That did not bother me then. Employers could care less. But when they find the UA well. that's no. and no and no. what part of no don't you understand? -

Carolina Cargo sometimes waives their hiring criteria and hires drivers with less than stellar driving records and ex-convicts.

Here's the website > National Carriers | The Elite Fleet
I recommend submitting the online application before calling. This way, when you do call, they can get right down to business because they have all the information available on their computer.
