I just got my CDL and finished school. I have 3 pre-hire offers and could use some advice. I have offers from Werner, Roehl, & Swift. Any feedback on these companies and their training programs would be a big help.

Out of those three companies Roehl is way better for you to start off with that is for sure. You will find more than 1000 negative posts about Werner and Swift on here. Not all have merit however most do. You will find some negative about roehl but not nearly as much. Not even close. If you indeed did get a prehire from all 3 you will find very few that would argue werner and swift over roehl. Good luck
lhelff Thanks this. -
Yep, Roehl no question.

Ditto on Roehl. Decent equipment, good training experience, and minimal BS. Training program is a little long and you won't make much money, but once you get on your own you'll have a lot more experience under your belt and won't feel so thrown out in the cold.
