YES. Sound is heard by the Residents of the Forest and other Trees might be concerned, through Human attribution.
How could one know with any certainty there wasn't 1 Human (or more) present in the Forest or Field? Unless one is Psychic or travels in other Dimensions, such clarity of sound is evident regardless of Human accountability.

When a Tandem Truck Tire deflates thru the Night, did the escaping Air make a sound?
Even a slow leak makes a noise, albeit imperceptible.
The rotation of Earth is imperceptible by Earthlings. Shadows verify movement, so only the shadow knows the reality, while Earth rotation has yet to make a sound, defined by Humans.

Q) If a Tree falls in your backyard but your interior Music system is at max volume, did the fallen Tree make a noise (if it didn't hit your abode)?
A) How could such not make a noise?

I imagine the rotation of the Earth would be like a whooshing or maybe even low rumbling sound......like thunder but quieter
