Just had DOT physical in June employer wants another one

If you do get caught, just say you were trying to avoid discussing it.

no. The second you get a new DOT for a company the prior one becomes nothing but fire starter. So to answer you no, they wont know. They dont care about a wart on your ### that was removed 15 years ago. just stuff you or your company or the dr could be liable for down the road.

 

Medical Examiners do not send the medical long form to the FMCSA after the physical. They send in a different form that basically says you are certified, time before it expires, and the date of the exam. This is what they send in! MCSA-5850.

 

They know what you tell them, as of now.

 

Don't lie on the form, if the problem you have is on the form, check it off. The examiner has the right to ask your PCP about any treatment plan for any problems you have and will ask them if there is anything else they need to know.
