Just one week away from getting CDL in Las Cruces, NM! Questions though....

I am just about done with trucking school. About 1 week more to go and its going great. I am trying to decide on an outfit to cut my teeth on and get experience (theres only so many that hire out of school).
I live in Las Cruces, NM and would like to see if anyone out there has any recommendations/advice for me and my location.
I would really like a good balance between money and home time, so I don't become a stranger to my wife, 2 young children, dogs, and mom

I have been actively gathering information, but i really like this forum and its 'straight shooter' style....

@Allow Me, thanks for the input. Just to clarify, when you say "good lane for trucking" what does that mean. I'm guessing it means there is a lot of freight being transported through here, is that right?
