I have been leasing my truck and trailer for years with different companies. Now I decided to open my own. I have new LLC, US DOT, MC Number, BOC-3, the insurance quote is coming next week. I have registered with IFTA, going to register with UCR, have made leasing agreement between my self and the company, getting my weight distance permits with New Mexico and Kentucky and I need a company to monitor me for random drug & alcohol tests. Have joined 2 load boards and signed up with factoring company.
What else do I need, to start operating?
Just opened new company, what else do I need?

the only thing missing is your logo. Something like "no hill too steep and no rate too cheap" or " We cheated the last customer to Pass the Savings on to YOU."Get the word out that you will haul anything anywhere cheaper than any one else.
