Maryland is 1 of the states that require a D.O.T. every 25000mi or 2 years after you get your state inspection. I didn't know this and failed my D.O.T. audit. So the officer can and will fail you if you don't have certain proof of compliance. OOIDA is okay. That's who I used, but if you don't know what to ask, they won't always tell you what else you need.
