they have always been known for heavy and cheep, no change after all these years

 

I talked with our detention gal yesterday about my 10 hours detention. First my dispatcher lied to me that CHR was billed and they are waiting for payment.
Our company won't bill CHR for any detention in fear of losing future loads. CHR will cut you off.

 

Then your company should dig deep into their pockets and pay you..

 

So, why should you be penalized?

 

CHR cut your company off, for that alone they should give you a bonus.

 

I too have no issues with them,they have been my ACE in the hole many a year out here.Been doing business with them for nearly 20 years.

 

I have no problems either other than that beer run.
PJ, they didn't cut us off. That's why my company is kissing their ***.

I'll confront my dispatcher tomorrow and piss her off, lol. My last one never lied to me. Always straight up. This one now loves to lie.

 

we do container loads for CHR all the time, always pay detention pay, lumpers, etc., the only time we've had a problem that I know of was on an insurance claim that CHR fought us over. We've gotten paid for as much as 15 hrs of detention on one stop before without question.
