I cook for the road when I get home. Last week I made a meat loaf with onions, green pepper, mushrooms, this week I cooked up a top round roast and mashed potatoes. For breakfast I cooked up reduced fat cornbeef hash with cut up turkey links, onions, green pepper, mushrooms, made 3 mornings worth of breakfast. Trying to eat healthy and inexpensive. Also have multigrain Cheerios and canned soup and tuna.

 

Stumbled on to this place in Troutdale Oregon. Next to a Loves. One of the best breakfasts I ever et. lol. Sadly, they are only in the northwest save for one in Cheyenne Wy.

Have you tried the Meatball Sub at Subway? It's pretty good.
Plus when you buy chicken you have to look at it first, if it looks all dried out, it probably won't taste good.

Nokki Thai kitchen near the i15 & ca210 junction Fontana,CA can park on Cherry Ave next to it. Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Pad Woo Sen, coconut ice cream. Delivers up to 7 miles away, always get some while at dropyard.

El Magueyal tn111 xit10th st turn left 3/4mi on right behind CVS Cookeville, TN. Best to drop tlr & bobtail here. Huge menu of Mexican food I've never heard of but EVERYTHING IS SO GOOD. We go here every time we are at home.
