I just filled out an application with millis. Do they do the background check before you go to MTI? I have a misdemeanor where the charges got dropped as long as I paid a fine. It's also been expunged from my record. Happend a little over a year ago. I wrote it down on the application even though they didn't ask about misdemeanors and it's expunged, because it caused my driving license to be suspended. I was late paying the fines and they suspended it untill the fine was paid( about a month). I know it shows up on my DMV as an unpaid court fine but nothing will show when they run my background report. Do you think I have a chance of getting hired? I just can't afford to go through school then go to orientation and then have them send me home. I have a steady job right now and would have to quit! Does that happen with anyone that goes to MTI or do they work all that out before you go?
