Just signed a 5 year scam lease with Trans Am

He said he was recently audited, take it however you want.

I didn't feel as though I was being lied to or sold and I have a lot of sales experience and can usually tell when that's the case. However, if you want to assume everyone is lying and conspiring to trick the new guys then have at amigo. So far I haven't been pressured one bit to lease.

Well obviously not everyone is as awesome as you are.

However, crossing Nebraska yesterday we did manage to avg 9.3 mpg's at 62 mph.

 

Straight 7 is a bad day for me. And I just hate driving over 62.

 

IMO, lease has far more benefit for the company. This is the common sense I used to draw this conclusion.
1. The number of companies offering lease purchase has grown exponentialy in the past 3 years.
2. Those color job rags at the truck stops. There is now one devoted solely to lease purchase.
Therefore, I believe companies have found a small gold mine in this growing area, or they wouldn't offer it.
