If somebody's is that stupid...They shouldn't have a CDL period.....

I never have a receipt in my truck, unless it is something I pay for like a shower or something I need for tax reasons. Fuel is all on the card and no receipt.
Any time a clerk hands me a receipt I toss it before I get in the truck.
It is an old habit. I actually have been running 95%+ clean for years now. Once I heard about an extreme case of wrong place wrong time with an accident, that put a driver in prison for years, due to an accident that occurred while he was parked at his own house, in his driveway, and sleeping.
That was all it took. I cannot afford for some idiot to run into me when I am over hours and loose everything I have, or will ever have.
Because I hate to say, I would have no remorse if someone runs into me and dies, as long as I do all I can to avoid the accident. Me being 15 min over my hours would cost me everything. And the idiot would have just died another day.

Yeah saw that a while ago. But you will be surprised how many fakes I know we have taken from unqualified drivers of CMV's.

Hey dieselbear, Would you say that most truckers exceed the posted speed limit by at least 5 mph?

Because for every one that gets caught, there's 10 more doing the same thing not getting caught. And it pays better. Getting caught is part of the deal, pay the ticket and move on down the road. Try not to get caught too much and your ok.
