Just some of the stupid things I see

Well, which is it, are you going to be nice or call us loonies?

 

Shoot, I thought he was being nice in calling us loonies! It could have been a whole lot worse.

As a retired copper, I really do get a kick out of "jail house lawyers," "curbside lawyers," "truck stop lawyers," and "internet lawyers." Everyone has a right to their opinion. And they have a right to voice that opinion. But everyone also has the responsibility to realize that opinions are just that.

That's how I was wantin' to take it. When I look around at the public in general, the last thing I want to be called is normal.

I have an old gf who did transportation law early in her career, so I get some reasonable advice... free.

OTOH, since she was representing aggrieved 4-wheelers, her opinion of us is that we all should be on a short leash since we're a bunch of killer truckers careening negligently down the road - LOL!

I've also noticed that the general opinion of many former LEOs - now truckers - is that the constitutional rights of the rest of us are merely an obstacle to be overcome, and that all actions of current LEOs (dieselbear excluded - he's one of the good guys) are justifiable no matter how our constitutional rights are trampled.

 

Whatever. Maybe you need to post it a third time, just to make yourself feel a bit better. . .
