I missed that one. That's plain sick. Barfffffffffffffffffff!
I hope you wore gloves DB.

On that note I have no pitty for anyone who rolls into a scale with out their log book caught up and filled out. Especially now that we have programs where you can keep a log on your lap top, it amazes me how easy they are to use.

We know now how to keep the leo's out of our trucks. Just keep a couple empty paper towel tubes and a jar of vaseline behind the seat in plain view.
07-379Pete Thanks this. -
That may only work till you find a LEO that is also a road ranger?
-
And the term 'Bear' takes on a whole other meaning. Things that make you go Uuuggghhh.

I vote we ban him for the above post! Thanks for the mental pic you Ahole!
Injun, dieselbear and 07-379Pete Thank this. -
This inspection is an example of why we are here and why there are so many rules:
Driver had about 12 hrs off in the last 30 hrs of driving. His last 10 hrs off was the day before yesterday.
Truck had 18 safety violations (Brakes out of adj, fuel leaking, loose freight, license plates that don't belong, etc.)
Driver just does not understand why I will not let him drive on down the road! I could not impress upon him the civil liability he was exposing himself to, besides the danger to others.
Some people you just have to protect from their own selves.
Injun, rocknsand, bullhaulerswife and 4 others Thank this. -
LEAKING FUEL? you would think with prices they would get right on fixing that problem. I can imagine it would take a pretty healthy toll on your bottom line.
