    Common practice especially in nasty divorce cases!

    Then why did they haul that other guy off to jail? He was in his truck and she was willingly with him, so he really didn't break the law. Wouldn't it technically be the same thing?

    In my State..................YES. If you have been served. Stay away. Don't let her in and call the police to inform them that see is at your door and she is trying to make you violate the protection order. I've locked up a few woman who have done this.
