Just some of the stupid things I see

OK, so you are going to flame, but don't want to be flamed? Come on dude, lighten up a bit. There are darn few threads on any forum that don't get hijacked back and forth.

That is for when you forget to set the brakes and the truck backing into the spot behind you, bumps your trailer with his trailer. Hard.

Now I really like that idea. Too bad it wouldn't fly with his agency or the courts.

 

I didn't know these were required. What part of the reg states this or where can I get a list of required equipment? I almost took mine out and left it at home. When it was the bosses truck I took pride in it. Now that it's my truck I am anal about compliance. I know we cannot know the entire DOT inspection manual but we can do our best to comply.

BTW, if you wanted us to read it slower you could have typed it slower

Well then, this post of yours fits right in with the thread topic...now doesn't it?!

Let's say you walked up to a couple other drivers who were talking about something...and since the topic didn't interest you, you butt in and tell them they need to change the topic to something you are interested in so you can join the conversation...in the old days I know where you would end up...face planted in the grease canister behind the kitchen...same thing here on the forum...we who are masters of hijacking, and others who enjoy a flowing discussion that has varied, but similar topics, don't appreciate some new poster trying to set rules and guidelines into our discussion of whatever the topic is...so you, with your post now qualify for placement on this thread...STUPID THINGS TRUCKERS DO!

Whatever Gramps I have not found one thing that I have read on this forum at all informative or enlightening at ALL that has ever had your name or your picture of you figuring out how you can fire that poster up. I find you argueing with most all posters over something so I feel honored to be graced by your comments.
