Coming to a state near you...

Part of the new post 9-11 ID law will require you to bring your long form to the driver's license office when you renew or apply for a CDL. As it takes effect, you won't be able to get a CDL without a valid long form.

Indiana has always been this way. You must fax your new physical to the state everytime or they suspend your whole license not just your cdl.

Did I disclose names, locations, carriers? No, just some actions by a few. ALl are presumed innocent until convicted. Also I don't disclose anything about these folks after conviction either. Just their actions.:biggrin_2551:

Had a small truck today. F550 with 5 head on board that were construction workers. Walk up and smells like a brewery. Cooler on the back seat with 3 men. Two men up front. I ask the guy whose been drinking? He says "no one, we have energy drinks." About that time a golden liquid that smells like beer starts running out the driver's door onto my feet. :biggrin_25521: At least they weren't drunk, they had just started drinking after a hard day at work. Although the alcohol violation is no small offense. :biggrin_2554: Driver put his beer down by his feet and kicked it over getting his license out of his wallet in his back pocket.

That was my first thought as well!

Obviously, I've spent too much time reading the "Pee or poop in your truck" thread today....
