Thanks and keep the stories coming DieselBear!!

And this is just an example of how the good ones (us) have to pay
for the bad ones deeds. And also why they enact all these ridiculous
laws that hinder us good ones and do nothing to stop all the idiots out
    there like the above.

Not an exaggeration. He got the free ride to the gray bar motel. Bad thing this isn't the first time I had dealt with him.

Your right. That's why the regs are the way they are. After a compliance review, maybe this carrier will no longer be around. I don't want this idiot sharing the highway with me and my family. And I'm sure you all don't either. I can tell when I get the decent driver's that are truly good guys and gals. But I can also tell when I see a piece of ##### as well. I keep the ridiculous stories coming as I get them. Just to keep you all informed of what is on the road with you.

all those points and suspensions didn't happen yesterday. He has most likely crossed your scales many times before.

hopefully CSA 2010 will put that company out of business, and that driver off the road indefinitely. the real change that SHOULD happen is to hold shippers and/or brokers with a share of responsibility before they start chopping rates down to allow companies like this to even exist. i don't know if that'll ever happen, but it sure would do more for safety than anything else in this current environment.

He was in my handcuffs before as well. Funny so was his father and older brother. It's just a family affair.
