Never said that enforcement doesnt know what it's doing, sometimes just a little confused as everyone can be with things always changing. Theirs laws that been around for a while that everyone remembers and theirs laws that passed then altered and altered again. Confuses you confuses me, not saying you as you or me as in me just generally us.

I think you yourself break a law ever day or every other. Maybe? Maybe not? Think about every law that's been passed in your state or federal laws.

I'm sure we'd be good friends if we ever ran into each other.

Had one a few days ago that made me shake my head. Stopped a driver for speeding, 20 over. Get the drivers log and just browsing through it I see where he had been 300 miles but logged in sleeper. No co-driver listed, no one else in truck. Driver tells me he had dropped go driver off a few miles back, but had his log book. The driver was 3 days back on the book anyway, but he had his handwriting in both books. After calling him out on it, he tells me he was running 2 books, one in someone else's name and one in his name. Tags were dead on the truck. Truck and trailer needed 4 tires between them. Needed brake shoes, brakes adjusted and had no trailer lights. Also found a prior inspection from another State that occurred 4 days prior during the time he logged "himself" off duty and mystery driver driving. The other inspection did not show a co-driver either. Run the driver's license and learn he was suspended in 3 State's. You almost have to try to screw up that much.

A guy's outlook all depends on which side of the cop car you sit, right? :biggrin_25525:
