You need a tank endorsement if you pull a "Tank Vehicle."
If they are using the bladder to transport liquids, and the capacity of the bladder is 1,000 gal or more, tank endorsement required.keepntruckin, chalupa and Hammer166 Thank this. -
I priced having bladders made to fit inside a grain hopper. The valves would hang out of modified hopper doors to haul liquid fertilizer. I forget now what the price was but it was too expensive to experiment with.

Go back about 10 or so pages.
Scalemaster did you ever hear the one about making birds fly when you went over a scale? That and tail stretcher were some of our favorites to play on our students on the farm.
Did see a guy today in the NB 65 trying to explain that they only gave him 2 placards and he wasn't spending his money on their load

I always wanted to try getting ours sealed up watertight and fill it up to use for a swimming pool. Just make sure and watch out for the tarp bows when you dive in!

I got pulled in after scaling 300+ over weight, got lectured (politely), and was told I'd hopefully burn off enough fuel by the time I reached the next "open" scale to be ok, then was sent on my merry ole way, with an added "be careful and stay safe".

Man , I love this post.
To read some of the things ScaleMaster goes through is hilarious, my wife rolls when she reads them,,lol -
In Iowa, you get a warning, which still goes on your CSA score, even if you have a APU on your truck. They don't give you the 400lb allowance for the APU.
