    I agree with you. Keep following this, as I believe that you will see attorneys jumping all over this one once they get wind of it. The government CANNOT subject individual citizens to invasive medical procedures without their consent. Breath analysis, yes. Blood testing, no.

    I don't drive with a BAC over 0.0, and you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll have an attorney present as a witness if ANY law enforcement agency tries to draw blood from me as a result of a roadside sobriety checkpoint. There will be some 'splainin to do at the Federal level.

    There is NO WAY I am letting them stick a needle in my arm! The most they can do is arrest you on SUSPICION of DUI. Then suspend your license till court date. ANYONE who agrees to this are SHEEP to the slaughter!
