Good question. But not sure when he drank the other beer. He had one that was half full that he spilled on himself when I stopped him. He was .02, so not high enough for the DUI, just the possess alcohol charge and consuming alcohol under State law. If I was to guess he was on his 2nd beer when I stopped him for that day. Not sure if he had the other at the truck stop the night before.

Today was definately a sign of the economy and the effects on trucking. Has three seperate traffic stops, where the truck had registration plates expired (May 2009, July 2009 and October 2009) All three just trying to get by and not get caught.
Then my day ended with a driver placed out of service for driving while suspended and other things. When he thought everyone had gone home and not paying attention to him, he decided to leave. Unfortunately he was arrested and is spending at least one night in jail.JustSonny and The Challenger Thank this. -
