A foreign language was required for four years in high school. In addition to two years latin. I chose Spanish cause i was told it would be easiest of the courses available and i was looking for an easy A, plus our football coach was the teacher so how serous a class could it be? Turns out he demanded as much from his students as he did from his linebackers.

So, if he were a US citizen, middle aged, Caucasian and read and understood English perfectly, he should have no mercy. Gotcha.

I don't know if I'd stick up for him, but you're right, he didn't plan this, like those ilk that shoot up schools and theatres. One thing for sure, he'll never drive ANYTHING again.

....still waiting to hear the owner's name of the now insurance-less and authority-less trucking company that dispatched this flatlander. All I can guess is that LLC's are one awesome way to protect

I am also still waiting to hear the owner's name. No matter how many times I try to Google "Castellano 03 Trucking LLC" to get information, I hit a dead end as far as who is the owner. You would think, however, that some media would show up at their doorstep and ask pointed questions, since their address is a matter of record and easy to find.

You would think. But they don’t. Google Yaimy Galan. She is listed as managing member of Castellano 03 Trucking LLC. Her Facebook page says she lives in Houston and hometown is Havana, Cuba.

I was going to request the LLC ownership info from Texas Secretary of State website....if I understand correct, it costs $1.

Also if I understand the SOS website correctly, they have info of the person that formed the LLC but they do not maintain ownership records, which makes me think if someone buys the LLC from the original owner, the new owners identity is hidden somewhat

Rank, buddy, please go ahead and do that!

True citizen journalism at its finest. Whatever you get, post here.

Other states (Minnesota being one example) posts all that information about corporate ownership in a free and public way on their Attorney General's website.

But Texas makes people pay for that kind of thing.
