Supposedly the police had to use an interpreter to talk to him, the owner of the company claims he could read english though, hmmm It could be she would say anything about now, too though.

CBS Denver 4 reported he did have an interpreter present during questioning and his court appearance.

That interpreter most likely was a member of the Lakewood PD. Many of the cops over there are bilingual because of the high density hispanic culture here in the metro area.

interpreter doesn’t indicate a lack of understanding. Might mean they don’t want to get the case thrown out due to him saying he didn’t understand Miranda rights etc

im going to go out on a limb here............

4 lives could have been spared, I Blame half of this mess on the Carrier themselves, Why you ask?

SICK AND TIRED of you carriers Big and Small Hiring anything to Fill a Seat- This was the Product of this Horrible Accident.

Not Picking on Certain Ethnic grops- Young or Old-Fat or Small.

These Carriers (Yes I Throw the Likes of the megas also) Will Do Anything to Fill seats- And if it keeps happening- Catastrophies will be endless.

If You can't Fill the seats Properly With American speaking men With Pride and a Heart......Give up your Contract Freight to Others that Can Handle It- Frickin Greedy,Sneaky Carriers....And This is the End Product-

I blame equal parts driver, company and the government that enables this disgusting, pathetic, murderous business plan. We have covered this ad nauseum......the green card driver is the least of the problem here.

the term slave driver has taken on a new meaning
