I would rather net $5k/week as a company driver than gross $15k as an o/o, anyday of the week, and twice on Sundays.

I appreciate the thread OP. While $20/hour may be low for some, I think it's great that you had the initiative to get your CDL and get up there, and I'm happy to hear that you're getting plenty of work right out of school. Keep us updated and stay safe (and warm!)

$20 an hour can easily get you $5000 a month take home. Not bad money if you ask me. And its only up from there
