    Ok Admins and Mods. I am just throwing this out there. First of all, this site has been great for information. especially for a guy who is just about to get started in this business. However, lately actually for quite a while now it seems that the owner operator section has turned into a company driver forum. It seems that important money saving threads or fuel economizing threads are being pushed down by the same ol same ol is there money threads and how can I get financed with bad credit threads. So I am purposing a strictly Owner Operator section of this forum. We have to do something here in order to maintain the sanity. It would be maybe a private section that you would have to prove that you are actually an owner op in order to have access. This is just a thought but it has been burning in my brain. The only reason I say this is because I have even noticed myself doing this but when you explain something to some people they think that they have it figured all out and argue with people that have history in this business. Then when someone asks a legit question due to that persons being agitated by another a smart butt answer is replied for a legit question. We are here to help each other. Not read the same thread over and over. I am not knocking TTR in any way so don't get anything confused. I am just offering a suggestion.

    Oh, you dont like reading about the 30 year old airline pilots who have 6 degrees from prestigious universities even though they never stepped foot on campus because they were running multi-successful businesses which they sold for millons because "they got tired of it" then they remembered they were 12th generation truckers and were trained for driving since they were knee high to centipedes toe and have a bullet proof business plan BUT they need to know if a $1.25 going into New Jersey is a good rate??

    I thought maybe he was tired of the one who never stepped foot in a truck but wanted feedback on the system he was developing to help all us O/O's be more professional and learn how to shave our operating costs down and get direct freight so we could haul for $1.65/mile just like the big trucking companies do.

    I dont post much anymore as its gotten nauseating to say the least!! God forbid you correct someone and tell them they are wrong, or just have a different opinon, these posters wanna start a 100 page argument!!

    Couldn't agree more!! Wow someone wrote what I was thinking... I recently asked what a good starting pay would be and the anger coming from some people was just incredible. Some guy even suggested $1400 a week was fair... lol.

    Anyway I would really love a small fleet section... vote +1

    It does say "Ask an Owner Operator" .... But I understand 100% where you are coming from and agree ... I got tired a long time ago and mainly just hang out in the flatbed section

    Maybe the "ask an O/O"should become a sub forum of a O/O only section. I check this section all the time but not so much anymore. I only checked it this morning because my 3 yr old is watching Yo Gabba Gabba so I was bored.
