Fix-a-Flat is cheaper than a replacement.

My wife didn't work when I was an owner operator. She works now that I'm a company driver. She probably don't need to but my kids are always asking for money.

A couple of friends of mine are an OO and his wife (an accountant from the Philippines). He was deep in the hole financially when they met, and she had him redo the inside of his tractor. They mounted the wide bunk up at the high part of the condo, and made the bottom into her office and kitchen. As they go down the road, she does truckers' accounts for a couple of hours each day, the rest of the time she sits up front and enjoys the ride, watches DVDs, chats online with family and friends or makes their meals. She makes as much doing her work as he does doing his, and they drive a big, long dedicated run, take time off (or reroute) to do the things they want (like Oshkosh and the Reno air races) and after nearly 10 years doing this they've just paid cash for a second home in Hawaii.

I couldn't like like that, but I'd be willing to die trying!

No, but it's perfect for that pinhole leak she's got.

Yes, I married an Oriental that's a good numbers cruncher and now I'm in good shape for retirement becaue of it. They are good in areas such as math, finances, real estate, healthcare.
